Well, here's some cold comfort to Windows Phone 7.5 users and an iron-clad promise to future Windows Phone 8 buyers; Microsoft
has just announced that all WP8 updates will be over the air from now on (so you won't have to plug your device into your computer), and that all future Windows Phone 8 devices will be supported for at least 18 months after they're released.
